#Challenge125 Strava FAQs

On this page you can find information about linking to Strava for #Challenge125. You don’t have to connect to Strava to take part, but if you’d like to here’s how to go about it.

How do I link to Strava?

Get help on linking to Strava in this article:

Privacy settings - Strava users can decide who is able to see their activities, but if this is set to private, Enthuse (our fundraising platform) won't be able to add your activities to your Enthuse fundraising page (including retrospectively after the settings are changed). More on that here. Strava allows users to set Privacy Zones if you’re concerned about activity maps.

Do I have to link to Strava to take part?

No, if you do not have Strava or do not want to connect to the #Challenge125 page that’s no problem at all. You can manually add your activity on the right-hand side of your profile page once you’ve completed your activity. Find out more here: How to add manual activities to your page without using Strava | Enthuse Help Desk Only activities taking place on from 23 June to 26 August inclusive will count.

I didn’t connect to Strava when I first registered can I do so at a later date?

Yes, no problem. You’ll be able to link to Strava on your #Challenge125 profile at any point until the event starts. You just need to log in, which makes the Connect to Strava option appear on their page. You must have connected Strava and the Enthuse fundraising platform before starting your activity – activities will not pull through retrospectively.

I’ve connected the wrong Strava account – what do I do?

The Strava login page allows a new Strava account to be created. If you do this accidentally and you have an account already - or you have multiple accounts and connect the wrong one - all you need to do is disconnect the wrong Strava account so that you can connect the right one. Here's how to do that
