The latest episode of the OnFarm podcast highlights the importance of succession planning.

Succession planning is a nettle that all farming families need to grasp. You just never know what is around the corner. But it's a sensitive subject, fraught with legal, technical and emotional difficulties.

In the podcast RSABI Chief Executive Nina Clancy, NFU Scotland Vice President Martin Kennedy and Hamish Lean and Gillian Campbell from Shepherd and Wedderburn discuss some of the issues around succession planning, what people should be thinking about, and how to get started.
