Christine Bowie is a Counsellor working full-time with adults & young people who have issues around substance misuse and, working in schools with young people who suffer from mental ill-health. Christine returned to University 8 years ago to retrain which resulted in a teaching position at the University of her studies for 2 years. Previously Christine set-up & organised holiday lets at the family farm whilst running a tailoring business from home. Born on a dairy farm on the outskirts of Glasgow and then marrying Allan who is an arable farmer, Christine has spent her life involved in farming swapping West for East. Christine has three children, two sons (29 & 27) a daughter (24) and two fabulous little granddaughters. Running, skiing, cycling and reading are just some of Christine’s favourite hobbies.
